75 Audits in energy intense industries

A total of 75 Audits shall be carried out whithin Steam Up. Energy intense companies from Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Greece, Italy, Netherlands and Spain can participate.

Phase 1: Contact us and get involved

Get in Touch with your national contact point. We are happy to provide detailed information and coordinate an appointment with the Auditor.

Phase 2: Energy Experts carry out the detailed Audit

The audits will be carried out by experienced energy experts with special knowledge in steam technology. Before the onsite analysis takes place, the Auditor collects first information (e. g. inventory list of machinery) to prepare. The comprehensive Steam-Audit methodology of Steam-Up serves as a guidline for the onsite Audits. For other technologies the audit standard EN 16247-1 will be applied.

Phase 3: You receive the Audit Report and ready made Action Plans

After the audit you will receive a comprehensive Audit Report. You further get free access to the Energy Management Centre (EnMC), a web-based solution your Auditor uses to additionally report his findings as ready made Action Plans. The Action Plans focus on financial indicators of each measure and are the perfect basis for investment decision.

Phase 4. Organise realisation of measures with low effort

With the EnMC you can directly build on the ready made Action Plans to define tasks for each measure and set responsibilities and deadlines. A dashboard always keeps you up to date about realisation progress. You can quickly make changes in the time plan by an interactive Gantt-Chart. The EnMC further provides a monitoring tool and an Energy Network for exchange of experience.
